Institutional Background
Carrying through on
the tradition, inspiration and hard work in the legal area of three
generations of professionals from the same family, the law firm
known as Advocacia José Eduardo Duarte Saad came into being and is
registered with the São Paulo Chapter of the Brazilian Bar
Association under No. 4398. Our main office is located in the
Paulista region of the capital of the state of São Paulo, at Rua dos
Franceses, 30, providing easy access and parking.
In addition to this location, there are two others, one downtown
and the other in the borough of Pacaembu in São Paulo. All locations
of the Saad Advocacia are efficiently interconnected through a
modern computer system.
The professional work of Saad Advocacia is carried out in the
areas of consulting and litigation in the various fields of Business
Law, with emphasis on the following:

In the area of Labor Law, we would highlight our activities
relating to Collective Bargaining Law, where Saad Advocacia has
extensive experience, including during the collective bargaining
phase.
All the consulting and litigation activities of Saad Advocacia
fall under the orientation and responsibility of attorney JOSÉ
EDUARDO DUARTE SAAD, professor, former Aide to a Justice of the
Federal Supreme Court, former Chief Prosecutor of the Labor Court in
São Paulo, and member of the Attorneys’ Institute of São Paulo.
The activities of Saad Advocacia are efficiently supported by an
up-to-date library of over 35 thousand volumes by Brazilian and
foreign authors in the areas of Law, Philosophy, Sociology, Economy
and Politics, in addition to Brazilian and foreign periodicals.
As an example to help gauge the degree of efficiency of Saad
